Nerdy Valentine’s Day Cards: DIY Printables

 In DIY Projects

Only 1.5 weeks left until Valentine’s Day. Today I’ve got some fun fandom valentines to wrap up my three part series! Forget the store bought boxed valentines and hand out these ones instead, which celebrate all your nerdy loves (instead of just limiting you to one).

Last year for Valentine’s Day I wrote up the following for my boyfriend’s card:

I kind of set the bar a little high for myself with that one, so this year I need to up my game. I’ve got an idea in mind though! …I just hope I can find the needed time to complete it before the 14th rolls around. Stay tuned -I can’t say anything now since he reads my blog 😉 .

For those of you looking for a card for your geek love this year, get writing and rhyming, or print out one of the ones I’ve made below! I’d recommend printing these bad boys out on heavier duty card-stock for a nice presentation.

The Lord of the Rings and Doctor Who valentines can be printed as fold-able 5×7 cards with a blank inside, or you can just cut out the design half. The zombie card is a double sided full 8.5×11 (you’ll have to feed the paper through your printer twice for this guy -resulting in a front and inside right image). The Supernatural, Pokemon, and Magic the Gathering cards are smaller in size, perfect for bringing and handing out at work or school!
