Hermes Manwich Sloppy Joe Sandwich from Futurama
Anyone who watches Futurama knows that Hermes Conrad and his son, Dwight, enjoy sloppy joe sandwiches. More specifically, Hermes loves his Manwich brand of sloppy joe sauce. In the show, it’s become a recurring joke since something always happens to his sloppy joe sandwich before he can eat it, and he ends up crying, “My Manwhich!”
Here at The Nifty Nerd, I think we can top Manwich and satisfy a Hermes-like appetite for sloppy joe using our own recipe. This family recipe is just as easy to make as Manwich, but tastes 10x times better!

Sloppy Joe Ingredients:

1. Brown your hamburger meat and drain any fat.

2. Stir in the condensed tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar, chili powder, and paprika. Simmer on low to medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes until your sauce thickens up.
3. Serve it up on a bun and don’t forget your napkin!

A homemade dinner doesn’t get much easier than that. Beware of mischief (*cough* Bender) to ensure nothing happens to your sloppy joe sandwich before you can eat it, unlike Hermes.
