The Nifty Nerd has decided to participate in another 5 Fandom Friday! This week’s theme is 5 fictional pets I’d like to adopt. Without further ado, here is my list-

1. Toothless -How to Train Your Dragon
Anyone who reads my blog knows I love dragons, so I had to have at least one make my pet list! Toothless is such a silly, loyal and fun-loving dragon…although I might need a bigger yard/house with him around.

2. Fawkes the Phoenix -Harry Potter
Fawkes is a beautiful bird who never dies, has magical healing tears, and who is super loyal. What more could you ask for?!

3. Chibi Totoro and Chu Totoro –My Neighbor Totoro
Totoro will always have a place in my heart. These two are pint sized versions perfect for my apartment. Everyone could use a cuddly forest spirit in their life!

4. Great Eagle – Lord of the Rings
My list would be amiss without something from Lord of the Rings listed! Although, a Great Eagle would definitely not be considered a pet, but more of an honored “friend” for sure.

5. Pokemon
So again, maybe these guys don’t quite fall under the category of “pet,” but…creature friend(s)?? Way back when I played the original Yellow Version, my ‘dream team’ consisted of Pikachu, Dugtrio, Alakazam,  Butterfree, Gyarados, and 1 rotator. I’d be happy to have any/all of them for a “pet.”

      I know right?! Might have to look into hiring a maid…or make sure everyone is house trained REALLY well. Haha

    Love your list! I totally almost picked Chibi and Chu but decided I should limit myself to just one Miyazaki creature, so Jiji won:P And Fawkes is an awesome choice!
